Additional tips and suggestions are included along with a chapter entirely devoted to fortified foods. This volume features Jan Lewin, PhD, FRS-S, University of Texas, MD Anderson Center and her introductory article concerning “Swallowing Function and Preservation in Treated Head and Neck Cancer Survivors,” and Natalie Mason, MS, RD/LD, oncology dietitian, Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX, who wrote “Nutrition for Oral , Head and Neck Cancer Survivors.”
